Smart Controls. Precision Feeding. Data-Driven Decisions.

An advanced swine production demands precision, efficiency, and responsiveness. Producers face rising feed costs, stricter welfare expectations, and increased operational complexity. They need technology that doesn’t just monitor the barn but actively optimize every aspect of the livestock production.

MAXIMUS delivers precise control across farrowing, gestation, and finishing barns.

All the elements are interrelated, why separate them?

Production data, animal health indicators, water intake, feed consumption, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, CO₂) all influence each other.
To maximize herd performance, producers must collect, centralize, and analyze all these elements together.

That’s where MAXIMUS’ expertise makes the difference.

By centralizing the operation into a single platform, MAXIMUS helps you maximize production conditions and act proactively before small variations grow into costly problems.

MAXIMUS SOLUTION – The Power of a Truly Integrated Solution

With the fully integrated MAXIMUS Solution, producers get a complete view and full control of their operations, allowing them to target the right actions at the right time.

Our winning solution combines:

  • Smart controllers
  • Precision sensors and monitoring devices
  • Electronic sow feeding systems
  • Feeding management solution
  • Advanced swine production software

This unified approach boosts performance, strengthens animal health, and increases operational efficiency across the entire farm.

MAXIMUS Controller

The MAXIMUS controller is the brain of your barn.

It automates all critical processes like ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, water, sow feeding, and more, to maintain stable conditions 24/7. Powered by real‑time data and state-of-the-art control logic, the MAXIMUS controller ensures optimal comfort, growth, and productivity throughout every production stage.

Electronic Sow Feeding Systems - ESF

MAXIMUS Electronic Sow Feeding (ESF) systems use RFID technology and automated controls to deliver individualized rations to each sow in group housing. Based on the set parameters, the MAXIMUS smart feeding system adjusts feed precisely according to each sow’s body condition and production stage, supporting healthier animals and improved overall performance.

3P Feeder

  • Feeder suitable for either mash or pelleted feed.
  • Rotating three-hole plate for precise distribution of small quantities.
  • Rotating paddle to prevent bridging of feed.
  • Smart “Bobble head” feed drop detector to guarantee feed has been delivered.
  • Feed bottles can be filled through communication with the loop feed system.

Antenna/Tags

  • Reading of HDX and FDX electronic tags.
  • When the tag is detected, the feeder dispenses a ration set to each sow individual requirement.
  • Activation of data transfer for all movements, from breeding, gestation to farrowing using MAXIMUS Software mobile app.

MAXIMUS Module

Bidirectional communication between the controller and the feeder for accurate and

reliable feed distribution.

Feeding Station Group Housing

  • Designed to reduce stress and allow sows to exhibit natural behavior during feeding. Less aggression and less competition for feed station access.
  • Adaptable to any type of building.

Feeding Management Solution| From Bin to Sow

Feed is the largest operating cost in swine production. Automated feed management uses bin valves, bin scales, and continuous monitoring to ensure precise feed delivery and accurate real time inventory. This solution streamlines feed flow from the bin to the animal, thus improving efficiency and reducing waste.

FAQ

What is the MAXIMUS controller and how does it automate the barn?
The MAXIMUS controller is a unique control system that automates ventilation, feeding, water, heating/cooling, and manages environmental conditions across all production stages. It synchronizes equipment so every adjustment—airflow, temperature, or feed works in harmony to maintain optimal conditions.

Does MAXIMUS support all production stages?
Absolutely. It includes specific control profiles for farrowing, gestation, and finishing to ensure the right environment and feeding strategy throughout the entire lifecycle.

Will MAXIMUS integrate with our existing equipment and software?
Yes. MAXIMUS integrates with most sensors, actuators, and management platforms. Our team can evaluate your barn setup to ensure smooth compatibility.

What ROI can we expect?
Most producers see strong returns from reduced feed or energy waste, lower labor hours, and better swine performance. The results vary based on herd size, feed price, and farm configuration.
